Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans

These Fagioli Cannellini are small, delicately flavored white beans. Sometimes called white kidney beans in the States, these beans are used in classic Tuscan white bean dishes. They also make an excellent topping for crostini, or a base for grilled or roasted meats and fish when simmered with tomato, garlic, and guanciale.
